White's Falls

Locals swim and slide here, but the rock is slippery, there are big rocks under the surface and the current can be strong. Skip the falls on high-water days, and put life jackets on kids. Paddlers pull up canoes here to swim, and it's reachable by boat from Gloucester Pool.
It's also a well-used fishing spot. Several visitors saw bass caught, especially early in the morning, and sunfish are common near shore. Anglers fish under Ontario's Zone 15 regulations, so check bass season dates.
The parking lot holds only 20 to 25 cars and there's no washroom. There's little shade, and one visitor found a lot of litter, so bring a bag and pack out what you bring. In winter, deep snow makes the road and falls harder to reach.
