Getting there takes some navigating. From Highway 1 west of Revelstoke, Westside Road leads about 9 km to a small parking area signed for Moses Creek. There is no sign for the falls themselves, and one family only found the way thanks to a local. From the parking you can take a short, steep path straight down, or follow a gravel road to the bottom, where a second parking spot makes the walk much easier for kids. Another path from the lower parking shows where the falls come out.
Plan on about half an hour. Good footwear matters: the path is rooty, muddy and slippery, with sections where you may need your hands. Some visitors climb a little way up the falls for photos, but take care on wet rock. One reviewer suggested not going alone.
The trail isn't maintained or marked, and that's part of its appeal for some visitors. It's not suitable for anyone with mobility issues unless you drive down to the lower parking. Bring bug spray in midsummer; one July visitor found the mosquitoes relentless.
