Brandywine Falls is a 70-metre plunge over a wall of layered volcanic rock, with forest all around and mountains beyond. It's one of the most popular stops on the Sea to Sky Highway between Squamish and Whistler, and most reviewers rate it highly for how much you see for so little effort.
From the parking area it's a short, well-kept trail of roughly 500 metres to the main viewing platform, crossing a railway line on the way. Keep walking and a second viewpoint looks out over Daisy Lake and the surrounding peaks. There are picnic tables and benches near the lot and washrooms, though one visitor found them less than clean.
Longer walks start here too: BC Parks lists trails toward the Cal-Cheak suspension bridge and the Whistler bungee bridge, and the Sea to Sky Trail runs through the park. Cyclists have to stay on roadways and designated routes, and dogs must be leashed. There's no campground and campfires aren't allowed.
Parking is the main hassle, especially on weekends, so arrive early or come midweek. Stay on the trails: there's no access to the lower falls, and BC Parks warns of unstable slopes and falling rock in the canyon. In the off-season the gate is closed and you walk in from the highway.
