Reviewers say the boat is modern, clean and kept in good shape, with proper fishing and safety gear on board. Several groups mention that he cleans and packages the catch for you at the end of the trip, quickly enough that it has become something of a show, with gulls circling for scraps.
Lake trout are the fish most people report catching, with the odd rainbow thrown in. Results vary: one angler landed six on a four-hour outing, others came home with one or two after a slow start. Beginners feel comfortable, and repeat customers are common.
