Getting there takes care. The road is unpaved and rocky, and the final couple of miles include a steep climb. A 4x4 is recommended, although campers have made it in a 2WD and even a sedan by driving slowly. Make sure your vehicle is in good shape.
Reviews of the hosts are split. Some campers found them excellent, while one recent group described a rude, unprofessional host who asked them to leave partway through a paid stay. Several felt the fees are steep for a rugged site with few amenities, so bring your own toilet paper and supplies.
