Beaver Glen is a big campground near Waskesiu townsite in Prince Albert National Park, close enough to walk into town and to the beach but still quiet at night for most visitors. Narrow paved roads wind through the grounds, good for walking and biking, and campers see elk around the sites. On clear nights, the stars are a highlight.

Sites are large, level gravel pads with electricity, and many have room for a camper, a tent and a couple of vehicles. Some are tucked into the trees, while others are fairly open to their neighbours. Firewood is free and kept stocked in covered shelters, garbage is collected daily, and camp kitchens come in handy in the rain. Washrooms are clean with flush toilets and plug-ins, though a bit worn, and several people single out the free, hot, high-pressure showers.
